It’s been over 2 years since I’ve spoken to a person I was sure I would be friends with forever. We were like brothers for 26 years but we’re not anymore. It’s such a weird feeling like you miss them but you know that phase of your life has passed.
Whether interpersonal, professional, marital or even familial, not every episode or even a chapter of our lives is meant to last forever. And so we keep learning from people we cross paths with in life. For however long and for whatever reasons, we grow and become wiser as we age and experience.
For this is the theme of life as it applies. Do not grieve, do not mourn, simply… live life! There always has, is and will be a new sunrise.
