For years, I’ve made gratitude a regular practice in my life, so much so that I start every day finding a little thing to be grateful for. 

It reframes the entire day, and people tell me I’m a better leader because of it. 

Most people don’t realize just how big of a domino this is because they’ve never done it consistently.

2 Meditate

One powerful way to gain clarity and focus is through meditation. 

Dedicate a few minutes of your day to meditation and clearing your mind. 

This practice not only reduces stress but also brings mental clarity, which are essential ingredients for self-improvement. 

By making room for meditation in the morning, you set yourself up for success throughout the day. 

Starting your day with a sense of calm and presence allows you to tackle the challenges that lie ahead with confidence.

Meditation is a unique way to figure out how you think, what you fear, and what you want.

It lets you watch your thoughts without judging them and learn about how your mind works.

This self-awareness is a powerful tool that will help you grow as a person.

3 Exercise at Least 3 Times a Week

Wonder how so many active people seem to have the energy and power to literally move mountains? 

It is pretty simple! 

Sports may consume energy, but they feed the brain. 

And a well-fed brain can give itself more energy and well-being. 

Enjoy a fitness workout, a tennis match, some sex or a quick jog at least three times a week. 

Exercise boosts energy and enhances your overall well-being. 

Physical activity releases endorphins, making you feel happier and more motivated throughout the day. This way, you will be able to cultivate a growth mindset in many other aspects of your life.

Try using the 4-7-8 method. Take a deep breath in through your nose for four counts, hold it for seven counts, and then slowly let it out through your mouth for eight counts.
